Hosted PBX

A complete business phone system, run from the cloud.

Cloud-hosted PBX for organisations that want enterprise telephony — extensions, IVR, queues, voicemail, mobility — without owning and maintaining phone-system hardware.

Overview

Enterprise telephony without the hardware

A phone system should be something you configure, not something you maintain. Vireon Hosted PBX moves your organisation's telephony into the cloud: extensions, ring groups, IVR menus, call queues, voicemail and conferencing, all managed through a web portal.

Because the PBX runs on our carrier infrastructure, it inherits the properties that matter: monitored uptime, quality routing for every call, and global DID coverage so each office — and each remote employee — gets the right local presence.

Teams connect from desk phones, softphones or mobile apps. Scaling from ten users to a thousand is a configuration change, not a procurement project.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In most supported markets, yes — numbers can be ported into the platform. We verify eligibility before migration.

What phones can we use?

Standard SIP desk phones from major vendors, softphone applications and mobile clients. We provide provisioning guidance for common models.

How disruptive is migration?

Migrations are staged: the new system is built and tested alongside the old one, and numbers are cut over in a planned window.

Is the PBX suitable for call centres?

Queues and monitoring cover many contact-centre needs; for high-volume operations we often combine Hosted PBX with SIP trunking into dedicated platforms.
