Why don't you publish a price list?
Because wholesale telecom rates vary by destination, route tier, volume and traffic profile. A generic list would misstate what you'd actually pay. Rate cards give you real, per-destination numbers for your traffic.
Are there minimum commitments?
Commercial structures vary by service and volume — some are pay-as-you-go, some improve with commitments. Your rate card will state any applicable minimums explicitly.
How are services billed?
Usage-based services are billed against CDRs at the agreed increments; numbers and channel-based services bill as recurring charges. Invoices reconcile against the data you can see in reporting.
How quickly will I get my rate card?
Straightforward requests are typically answered within one to two business days. Complex multi-service requests may take slightly longer — we'll tell you when we confirm receipt.
